We work with horses that need clarity, confidence and correct foundations - from young horses starting their education to complex behavioural cases. At GO Equine, we specialise in behaviour-led training. Our focus is understanding why a horse behaves the way it does, not by managing symptoms but through combining groundwork, ridden education and clear communication to create lasting change rather than temporary fixes, We work with young horses, sensitive horses and those who may have developed behavioural challenges. Our calm, consistent approach builds trust, confidence and rideability.

Sending your horse for backing livery is a major milestone in their training and shapes their future ridden career. At GO Equine, we have extensive experience backing horses with a focus on confidence, strong foundations and your horses welfare at heart to ensure long term success.

Strong foundations build confident horses and good groundwork and early experiences produces long term success. Starting your young horse with George's groundwork experience sets them up with a positive and clear start to their education. Be that with basics such as good handling, desensitization and picking up their feet or moving onto to their first experiences of work, learning to lunge, long-rein ect.

GO Equine specialises in behaviour-led training for horses with behavioural challenges. We look to understand the reasons why problem horses exhibit the behaviour they do, then train with consistent ethical approaches to rebuild your horses confidence and resolve any issues you have with them. George also offers follow up lessons at your own yard to ensure continued success and consistency with your horse.

With his team of horses GO Equine has performed around the country showcasing liberty and trick training. On livery with us, George has the consistency to work with your horse to develop these skills and with unlimited visitation and bookable lessons you will be able to replicate this training.

GO Equine believes that good groundwork is the foundation for all training with horses being a vital start to a young horses education and an important area that shouldn't be neglected with more established horses.

At GO Equine we produce happy and confident horses which creates happy and confident riders. We aim to train horses to give their rider confidence and trust in their abilities so that you can enjoy your partnership again.

At GO Equine we truly love horses and when they stay with us they become part of our family being cared for as if our own.

All stays no matter the length include a handover lesson with you in the last week so that you can continue training them with consistency and full understanding of the training they've achieved with us.
Whilst your horse stays with us we welcome you to visit as often as you wish via appointment. This can be to watch their training, have a coffee and a chat with us or even just to give your horse a hug and a scratch!
